Idea-first collaboration platform

I’m exploring a platform where ideas come first, not repositories.

The concept is simple:

• Projects can exist before code.
• Contributors can join early.
• GitHub activity can be shown in a project feed.
• Non-developers can contribute too.
• Projects can be private, invite-only, or public.

I’m trying to find out if this solves a real problem.

Would you join something like this before code exists?
What would make you trust it?
What would stop you from using it?
