I'm Victor Chukwuemeka Onwuegbuchulem — a security-focused engineer based in London, pursuing an MSc in Computer Networking & Cyber Security at London Metropolitan University. I built and published StackSentry — an automated web application security assessment tool — to PyPI as my MSc dissertation, with 316 passing tests across 24+ checks.
Completed CCNA Modules 1 & 2 with full exam preparation underway (58% discount secured via Cisco Networking Academy). My hands-on experience spans deploying and securing production systems with Docker, Nginx, Linux and Redis — maintaining 99.9% uptime SLA for real organisations. Competed in the UK Cyber Leaders Challenge 2026 and received full marks for threat assessment.

An automated web application security assessment tool built as the final-year project for my MSc in Computer Networking & Cyber Security at London Metropolitan University. Published to PyPI (v1.0.0) with 321 passing tests.
Scans 4 layers of a web stack — Application, Nginx/Apache, Docker, and Linux Host — with 24+ security checks mapped to OWASP Top 10. Integrates Anthropic AI API to generate tailored fix scripts automatically. Supports PDF reports with Day 1 / Day 7 / Day 30 remediation plans and tracks security posture drift between scans.
A production-grade REST API, admin SPA and server-rendered client site — all deployed and managed on a self-configured Ubuntu VPS. Covers the full DevOps lifecycle: DNS, SSL, Nginx reverse proxy, Gunicorn, systemd services, Redis, Celery workers and Firebase Firestore.
The admin dashboard is a React SPA featuring real-time analytics, a visitor world map, blog CRUD with markdown editor, testimonial moderation, subscriber management and Celery-queued email notifications. The Astro client renders server-side for full SEO, with social/search reach tracking that separates human views from bot scrapes. Handles 300+ daily visitors at 99.9% uptime.
A network security tool that detects ARP spoofing attacks on shared Wi-Fi networks, automatically neutralises the attacker before credentials can be stolen, and notifies the business owner in real time — in plain English, with no technical knowledge required.
Built for small businesses on open or shared networks where man-in-the-middle attacks are a real risk. Continuously monitors the ARP table for spoofing signatures, responds automatically to cut the attack off at source, and surfaces alerts through a React dashboard that translates the threat into language a non-technical owner can act on.
Turns any image into an interactive SVG with AI-powered object detection and clickable hotspots. Deployed to a live subdomain with a FastAPI backend and a React/TypeScript frontend.
Uses a YOLOv8 model to detect objects in an uploaded image, then generates an interactive SVG where each detected region becomes a clickable, annotatable hotspot. Backed by FastAPI with Firebase storage; deployed independently on the VPS after resolving an AVX CPU compatibility blocker during rollout.
Earlier work: a full e-commerce platform with product management, order processing and a customer-facing storefront. Deployed on a production VPS with Nginx reverse proxy, SSL certificates and automated deployments.
